Faetues a Windows-based application with an intuative, menu-driven user interface. The system automates & controls tests, analysis & reports that are configured to specific customer requirements. Unlike other volume manufacturing test approaches, this system does not require a master winding to perform routine production tests, nor does it need to set test voltages or pass/fail limits when production is switched to another motor model. | |||

Digital PD detector with up to 10m parallel input channels. The instrument is completely controlled by software using a GPIB, USB, TCP/IP, GSM Modem, fibre optic or direct serial link. It can be expanded to up to 10 true-parallel acquisition channels while offering all the features of the single-channel ICM system. It is designed for acceptance tests on large power transformers and other applications requiring parallel acquisition. | |||
Stand-alone PD detectors are often used for quality assurance. The ICMcompact can be equipped with circuits to perform PD location in power cables. The spectrum analysis option offers a narrow and broadband PD measurement with selectable centre frequency. this unit offers spectrum analysis up to 10MHz and a selectable bandwidth of 9kHz or 270kHZ. | |||

TAN DELTA MEASUREMENT DEVICES | |||
As well as PD, the ICMflex has the option to add tan delta analysis using an unbalanced bridge formed by internal shunt capacitors, the reference capacitor and the device under test. Here, the software shows tan delta, PF, capacitance, voltage and frequency. | |||
TDAcompact Loss factor meter. The capacitance, tan delta and voltage are derived by digitally processing the currents of the test capacitor and a reference capacitor. | |||
